Five steps, one supplier, one quote. You can use any step on its own. Together, the five steps take a survey from a list of questions to a data file with an image of every returned form.

1. Form designYou bring the questions; we set the instrument to Scantron specification and proof it back to you. Every form we scan is one we've built.
2. Print and personalisationPrinted in Australia to the scanning specification, in full colour with dropout-ink response areas, personalised with IDs, barcodes, QR codes and name-and-address merge. Guaranteed to scan.
3. Mail out and returnsAustralia Post lodgement, Reply Paid returns logged on arrival, reminders that reach only non-responders, and return counts during fieldwork.
4. Scanning and captureRead by Scantron optical mark recognition; critical fields, blanks and double marks checked by an operator; open-ended answers clipped and keyed; every form imaged.
5. Data and reportingExcel with agreed column names, a linked PDF of every form, return reporting, and secure disposal or return of the paper after three months.
